("FTJ") is a joint venture project between FGV Palm Industries Sdn Bhd ("FGVPISB") and TNB Energy Services Sdn Bhd ("TNBES") (i.e. a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tenaga Nasional Berhad ("TNB") with FGVPISB majority equity (60%) and TNBES (40%).
